Donovan Dill is a senior innovation and entrepreneurship professional with over three decades of experience in business development, program leadership, and ecosystem building across post-secondary institutions and community organizations. He currently serves as Operations Lead, Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto Scarborough, where he supports students, researchers, and industry partners through applied entrepreneurship programming, commercialization initiatives, and hands-on innovation projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In parallel, Donovan is the President of S.E.E. Promotions, a consulting and promotional marketing firm he founded in 1992, working with organizations such as Seneca College, Centennial College, Canadian Tire, Labatt’s, Molson’s, and the Toronto District School Board.
